* Please note. All deliveries must be signed for on arrival.

• Standard delivery times orders will be despatched within 15 working days from proof approval. These are despatched with our DPD next day service.
• Super Express Delivery allows you to receive your goods within 5 working days.
• Orders placed after 12.00am will mean delivery dates will apply from the next working day.

Returns

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 is not applicable to us for two reasons. Firstly, we are a business to business site and therefore exempt. However, since we do also supply end users please be aware that by law, The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "customised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification". We are therefore unable to accept any returns for bespoke items unless we make an error or there is a fault with the garments. If you think you have received faulty items, please contact our team.

Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact customer services with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.
